MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS

Standard enrollment is $2,500. For a limited time, the introductory enrollment fee is $1,500. Ongoing dues are additional: $420 per year paid upfront, or $38 per month ($456 over 12 months). Review the enrollment agreement before paying.
Yes. Ask your employer to explore an employer-sponsored or shared-cost program. Membership is intended to remain with the employee when leaving a participating employer, subject to the membership agreement and continued dues.
Any member can purchase Qredits. Their purchasing-benefit value depends on purchase amount, consistency, collective member participation, and eligible engagement. Ask QL Fit for the applicable purchase and redemption terms.
No. QCHP.B is a separate investment for eligible accredited investors. Qredits are intended for purchasing benefits and should not be treated as investment interests.
QL Fit’s stated policy permits cancellation without refunds. The governing enrollment agreement determines the effect on access, future purchases, ongoing dues, and any separately held rights.
