Green Goddess Dressing
This is one of those "I can't believe I can eat this and still lose weight" dressings!
Ingredients
- 4 scallions
- 1.5 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lime juice Juice from 2 limes
Instructions
- Trim ends off the scallions. Roughly chop the white and green parts and place in a food processor or blender. Chop until coarsely ground.
- Add the mayonnaise and lime juice, and puree until smooth.
Notes
Dressing will store in the refrigerator for a week or more in a sealed container.
