scallions

mayonnaise

lime juice
Juice from 2 limes
Instructions
Trim ends off the scallions. Roughly chop the white and green parts and place in a food processor or blender. Chop until coarsely ground.
Add the mayonnaise and lime juice, and puree until smooth.
Notes
Dressing will store in the refrigerator for a week or more in a sealed container.
