QL FIT believes our Sales Associates are the heart and driver of growth for our company. You’ll have access to our Sales Team Manager who’ll guide and support your personal and professional growth; and provide sales tools that will help you achieve your goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Quickly develop relationships with new prospective customers.
  • Self-generate new sales opportunities by cultivating referral opportunities from new and existing clients.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • Be the primary connection between the customer and the company.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
  • Emphasize the features of the programs to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Maintain knowledge of competition and industry trends.
  • Understand and track (CRM database) the lead source and missed sales to understand objections and develop strategies to pursue opportunities.

What You’ll Need:

  • Passionate self-starter who is both mission and financially motivated.
  • Prior customer service experience (Ideal)
  • Experience in sales or related field (Ideal) 
  • Knowledge in the health & wellness industries (a definite plus)
  • Ability to identify the root cause of a problem and come up with solutions
  • Engaging conversationalist to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations quickly
  • Technologically savvy to optimize sales and lead generation
  • Able to work both autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Capable of working well under pressure to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
