Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager

As part of the Growth team reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be focused on optimizing, maintaining and driving digital commerce globally across multiple channels building an unmatched brand experience while also driving significant revenue for the company. The role calls for a strong blend of strategic thinking and execution in a fast paced business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage digital analytics platforms, exploring complex data sets and communicating recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, site merchandising, and site design
  • Lead execution and optimization of all performance and retention marketing initiatives, including social media advertising, SEM (including digital shopper programs) and email campaigns
  • Stay up-to date on performance marketing and creative best practice trends with implementation across all eCommerce channels 
  • Own the creative testing cadence, reporting, and communication of results to create best practices for ads 
  • Identify and develop data collection strategies to support reporting on key performance indicators that directly measure online campaigns, website and conversion funnel performance
  • Manage implementation, maintenance, and improvement of digital solutions, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DMPs, and customer data platforms

What You’ll Need:

  • 3-5 years of expert knowledge with hands on experience in digital marketing/analytics digital experience personalization
  • Experience with A/B testing and email optimization for conversion and engagement
  • Expert knowledge of digital analytics, specifically web analytics using Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Experience with paid search, paid social platforms & media campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience utilizing and activating data, including website analytics and advertising metrics 
  • Strong editing and copywriting skills
  • Ability to create and edit HTML & CSS email templates
  • Experience marketing a b2c subscription product
  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools
